Yes, it's an issue. Bought my blue 5 line Pelagos in mid 2019, had to send it in for service to the movement late last year and they gave it back to me with the dot missing. Within a few days of that part of the triangle had fallen out. What's worse is that the watch is still under warranty but Tudor is claiming this isn't a warranty repair. I had asked a month or so ago about bezel lume markers falling out. I’m happy to say they have accepted the repair and will replace the bezel for free. Putting this information out there to help anyone else who searches online about this problem! Edit: not under warranty
